Rehearsal Rental Space

Use our fantastic sounding 350 square foot live room for rehearsals, lessons, practice, live streams, and more!   We have a Yamaha CX2 Grand Piano, many electronic instruments, drums, most orchestral percussion instruments, world/hand percussion, and string instruments.  Let us know what you need, and we will try to provide it.
Details and Pricing:
  • Rehearsal or Practice Space Rental (up to 5 musicians) - $20 per hour (includes chairs and stands)
  • Use of Yamaha CX2 Grand Piano during rehearsal - $10 per hour additional fee
  • Use of electronic instruments, speakers, mixer, etc.  during rehearsal - $10 per hour additional fee
  • Use of percussion instruments during rehearsal - $10 per hour additional fee
