Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to address your concern. You may return items within 30 days in their original condition for exchange or credit (less shipping costs); however, music, method books, videos, and recordings are not returnable or exchangeable unless we shipped the incorrect item. Subscriptions, services, and rentals are non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days.
In order to process your return in a timely manner, you must receive a return authorization number prior to sending products back. Please call (703) 242-0712 or email returns@dougwallacepercussion.com to receive your return authorization number. After receiving the authorization number, please send the item via insured carrier to:

Please include a copy of your invoice with reason for return, and clearly mark your return authorization number on the outside of the package. Items returned without a proper return authorization number will be subject to additional fees.
